However, under the open mind, the resource integration of enterprises under the condition of globalization and pnational allocation of resources should be a kind of contractual integration with professional coordination under the condition of network economy, and allocate production factors to the outside of enterprises according to the principle of minimum cost.
Therefore, the rise of central China attracts the eastern enterprises, and the eastern enterprises also need to go to the central region. This is a win-win situation and a mutual allocation.

Du Yuzhou said that since 2007, more than 44000 Enterprises above Designated Size have already seen the trend of polarization between efficiency improvement and benefit reduction.
The average profit rate in 2007 was 3.97%, of which 3156 of the enterprises whose profit margins exceeded 10% (15.6%) accounted for 90% of the total industry. The average profit margin of 32% of the enterprises was only 0.74%; 17% of the enterprises were in a state of loss.

And more than 2 / 3 of enterprises are extensive operation, product development ability is weak, marketing level is low.
Du Yuzhou said that in the new century, we need to build a textile power, can we cope with the new situation of pformation and upgrading of new and high technologies. These are not only the East but also the common problems faced by the whole industry.
