Not only that, the pressure of macroeconomic regulation and control, environmental protection, raw materials and manpower costs has been rising continuously, especially the tight supply of energy and the continuous doubling of prices.

Zheng Duquan said that now is the most difficult period for the synthetic leather industry in Wenzhou.

It has been analyzed that in 2007, the city's more than 100 synthetic leather enterprises, about 1/3 loss, 1/3 guaranteed, only about 1/3 to make money.

Moreover, even for profitable enterprises, most profit margins are very low.

Like a synthetic leather enterprise in Wenzhou, the gold rush who entered the industry was not early.

In the last month of 2006, the company suffered a loss of about 800000 yuan. In those days, the total profit of the company with a total assets of more than one hundred million yuan was only a few million yuan.

The head of the synthetic leather enterprise smiled bitterly.

After years of efforts in energy saving and consumption reduction, the company is now ushered in the "best development period".

With the input of energy saving and consumption reduction in recent years, the industry has begun to get out of difficulties and regain its vitality.

The cost of recycling DMF is reduced by 200 million per year in Wenzhou Zhengda synthetic leather. The chairman of the company and the president of Wenzhou synthetic leather business association Zheng Guochun opened the window of the conference room. The reporter went to the window to see that the production in the workshop was busy, and all the unpleasant smell of the past did not appear.

Synthetic leather requires a large number of solvents called DMF, which have been allowed to volatilize in the process of production or discharge directly into the air with waste liquid. This will not only consume a lot of DMF, but also cause serious pollution to the environment. DMF

In September 2004, under the promotion of the Wenzhou synthetic leather chamber of Commerce, every synthetic leather enterprise installed this set of equipment.

In 2005, Wenzhou Hongdeli synthetic leather company and other enterprises improved and perfected the waste gas recovery device, so that the recovery rate of DMF increased from 65% to 95%.

In 2006, Wenzhou Longxing leather company invested "electrostatic fume cleaning device". One day, it can recover the volatile DOP150 kilograms in the production of PVC synthetic leather and take back the cost of investment for four months.

Since 2004, the synthetic leather industry in Wenzhou has invested more than 400 million yuan in environmental protection, but from this point of view, the whole industry can reduce the cost by 200 million yuan a year.

Compared with 2006, the power consumption of Wenzhou min Feng synthetic leather has increased by more than 50%, but the power consumption has been maintained at the level of 2006.

In early 2007, the enterprise set up a management group for energy conservation and consumption reduction.

In March 2007, the pilot pformation of boilers, air compressors, embossing machines and auxiliary equipment made them taste the sweetness and then fully put into technological pformation.

The most obvious effect is the electricity saving technological pformation of the production line.

Electricity saving measurement shows that after the technical pformation, the electricity cost will be saved by about 300000 yuan per month.

Beginning in 2001, Hong Deli made a technical pformation of the waste water treatment distillation tower in the production process, invested about 1000000 yuan, changed the single tower distillation to the Twin Towers distillation, effectively utilized the waste heat, reduced the coal consumption by 30%, and increased the capacity of treating wastewater from 5 tons per hour to 7.5 tons per hour.

More than a year later, the company once again carried out technological pformation, changing Twin Towers into three pagodas, reducing coal consumption by 22.5% and increasing the capacity of treating wastewater to 12 tons per hour.

Wenzhou Xinxiang synthetic leather Co., Ltd.'s "countercurrent tubular boiler waste heat utilization equipment", the boiler with the flue gas heat exchange through the exchange recovery, the average daily coal saving can be 15% to 20%.

The potential of energy saving and consumption reduction is very great. When the industry begins to encounter difficulties, many enterprises simply attribute the reasons to the rising of raw materials and so on. They simply fail to realize that investment in energy saving and consumption reduction can also bring significant benefits to enterprises.

In 2004, the whole leather industry promoted the recovery of DMF technology. Although some enterprises installed the device, but it did not run, the boss did not believe that such investment would be profitable.

Later, I heard that the operation of other enterprises was good, and they also tried to run the device with a try mentality. I did not expect to recover the investment in 3 months.

The boss laughed at himself: failing to run the recycling device as soon as possible is the stupidest thing he has ever done in his life.

Many enterprises of synthetic leather have their brains on the boiler, and at the same time strengthen the detection and control of raw coal.

It is understood that in the current low profit margins, the best coal companies can reduce the cost of coal 8 million yuan a year, equivalent to the annual profit.

Zheng Duquan believes that synthetic leather is one of the major energy consumers. It also shows that the industry has great potential for energy conservation and consumption reduction and the development of a recycling economy.

Enterprises should get out of the predicament, and energy conservation and consumption reduction is an important way to reduce costs and improve economic efficiency.

Energy saving and consumption reduction test the wisdom of the enterprise. For enterprises alone, when high energy consumption can bring high profits, there will be no enthusiasm for adopting energy-saving technology.

But it is clear that such an era is gone.

Specifically, energy conservation and consumption reduction must be carried out by means of technology and equipment.

But in fact, energy conservation and consumption reduction is a way of life and ideology.

Whether we can make efforts in this area and adopt or improve technology, especially when energy conservation and consumption reduction may not bring economic benefits, it is often decided by people's understanding that we do not do so.

To improve the efficiency of energy and resource utilization in China's economic development and build a conservation minded society, we need to save every bit of our daily life, and we need to make full use of energy and resources.

No matter standing on the stand of the enterprise's survival and development or standing on the long-term interests of the country, energy conservation and consumption reduction is a realistic interest for the enterprises.
