The fourteenth China Textile and clothing trade exhibition (New York) will be held on July 2013 16~18 in the New York Wei Wei Convention and Exhibition Center. At the same time, due to the recent rebound in the US real estate market, the retail of home textiles continues to heat up. At present, home textile enterprises hold a positive attitude towards the New York exhibition. Compared with the decline in clothing retail sales in March, sales of home textiles and furniture increased by 0.9% over the same month, an increase of 0.8% over the same period last year. According to the Wall Street journal, housing prices in the United States increased by 8.3% in December 2012 compared with the same period last year, the biggest increase since May 2006. The growth of housing market data reflects the active degree of the recovery of the real estate industry in the United States, and also reflects the demand for home textile products in the consumer market. Organizers of the New York exhibition said they hoped that home textile enterprises could accurately understand the market trend, adjust their product positioning, and quickly and effectively enter the US market through the New York exhibition.
