XTEP Starts Mount Lu'S Sunshine Culture Tour

Following the second workers' sports conference held on May 1, on the afternoon of July 4th, XTEP company held the launching ceremony of the "2008 XTEP" special train at Quan Zhou Railway Station square, and officially launched a 4 day "sunshine advocation and happiness pursuit" XTEP Mount Lu sunshine culture tour.

Ding Jinzhao, chairman of XTEP, brought her own team. In 2007, nearly 300 XTEP people, including XTEP stars, management elite, outstanding management team and excellent team representatives, loyal devotion award recipients, typical corporate culture personalities, corporate culture commissioners and some employees who worked in the company for more than 8 years, participated in the sunshine trip.

In recent years, XTEP has strengthened the concept of sunshine corporate culture. Through regular and regular outdoor activities, it has enriched employees' spare time life and improved their understanding and recognition of corporate culture.

In Mount Lu, XTEP employees dressed in the white uniform of the company and wearing red traveling caps hold high colored XTEP flags, marching in dense forests, enjoying a series of Mount Lu scenic spots such as Qin Lake, fairy cave, Yupo Kou, three cascades springs, Mei Lu cottages and so on. They also visited the site of the Mount Lu conference of the CPC Central Committee, the 98 anti flood Memorial square, and so on, feeling the magnificence and historical and cultural details of the motherland, and also deeply felt the warmth and happiness brought by XTEP's sunshine corporate culture.

During the event, XTEP also invited teachers from Shanghai Sheng Gao training agency to teach XTEP road.

After returning to the company, XTEP also invited Dr. Gao Xianfeng, an enterprise culture expert, to share the sunshine culture and the post master spirit of the staff participating in the event.

It is reported that XTEP will continue to organize a series of sunshine cultural tours in the second half of the year.
