< p > according to labor unions and non-governmental organizations, 15 (5) should be able to reach conclusions on the details of the above talks. The relevant funds set up will be used for improvement in inspection, training and dangerous installations.
In addition, the IndustriAll Global Union, Clean Clothes Campaign and the workers' Rights Association (Workers Rights Consortium) agreed that the agreement reached by the talks helped the national action plan affirmed by Bangladesh government, employers and trade unions in March this year.

< p > Secretary General Jyrki Raina of the global trade union union also urged brands and retailers to increase their payment to suppliers so that workers could have guaranteed wage protection. The minimum wage is currently only 38 dollars (3000 Bangladesh BDT).
At the same time, Raina requires brand operators to help the garment industry get the freedom of association. At this stage, in Bangladesh, because of the boycott of the government and employers, the trade unions are simply unable to move locally.
Without the participation of labor and trade unions, it is impossible to create a culture and labor relations that emphasize safety.
The annual export value of Bangladesh clothing industry is about US $24 billion, which accounts for 80% of the total export value of the country, and the number of employment is 4 million. The total number of factories is about 5000.
