According to the news, the list of the last batch, the third batch of enterprises to eliminate backward production capacity, will be announced by the end of September. The scope of elimination is still the same as the first batch of industrial enterprises involving 19 industries.


    Judging from the information currently available, two batches of this year's list of the three batch of elimination of backward production capacity are related to printing and dyeing enterprises. In a sense, printing and dyeing enterprises eliminate backward production capacity, in essence, eliminate backward printing and dyeing equipment. Many industry insiders say that the elimination of backward production capacity to the printing and dyeing equipment manufacturers will surely bring more benefits than disadvantages.

Li Yi, director of the standard quality department of the China Textile machinery and equipment industry association, said that the equipment "N" headed by the obsolete catalogue was basically an old type wool dyeing equipment manufactured in the 70s of last century. Some 140 and 160 types of equipment were manufactured over 30 years. Since the 90s of last century, there has been no production of the 160 type equipment in China, and below LMH-160 are very old equipment. Most of these equipments are driven by DC motors, which have the disadvantages of long process route, high energy consumption, high water consumption, low efficiency and poor sealing performance. At the same time, these devices are generally narrow in width and cast iron frame, and their quality stability is poor, and their adaptability is not strong. Therefore, these devices appear in the elimination of backward production capacity list is also reasonable.

Many textile machinery enterprises also reflect that the current energy-saving and emission reduction equipment sales are good. This also proves that eliminating backward production capacity is crucial to upgrading the industry. Li Yi talked about their recent visits to Shishi and other regions, and found that the printing and dyeing equipment of these enterprises had already installed flue gas treatment and waste heat recovery devices, and the printing and dyeing washing machines had basically achieved thermal insulation.


    The elimination of backward production capacity not only made room for domestic high-end printing and dyeing equipment, but also pointed out the direction for the future development of the industry. Li Yi pointed out that the future development trend and general guiding ideology of textile machinery industry is to meet the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction and conform to the general trend of automation development. The textile machinery industry "12th Five-Year" development guidance points out that during the "12th Five-Year" period, we will increase the research and development process of printing and dyeing equipment processing parameters on-line detection system, knitted fabric scouring and rinsing and washing equipment, new wool fabric dyeing and finishing equipment, chemical concentration on-line detection and distribution system, heat energy real-time monitoring system of shaping machine, printing and dyeing wastewater treatment and filtration system.


    Elimination years are reasonable.


    Equipment is difficult to fundamentally control pollution.


    On the list of the first batch of enterprises to eliminate backward production capacity, we can see that most of the eliminated equipment has been fixed for more than 15 years. Li Yi explained at this time that the condition of printing and dyeing equipment that has been used for more than 15 years has basically reached the stage of elimination. Although this country has eliminated backward production capacity, it is possible to cut out a number of equipment which is earlier but with shorter service life. But this is not the mainstream. From the general trend, the elimination of backward production capacity is right.     Li Yi said that most of the equipment that needed to be eliminated on the list of the first batch of backward production capacity has been shut down, but it can not be said that all the equipment eliminated from the market disappeared in the market. In the future, due to the existence of various market demands, various types of equipment will still exist for a period of time. For example, some of the wool dyed equipment with the word "N" may still be produced by manufacturers. These old equipment is mainly used for the production of low-grade products, because the production of these products can not be profitable with imported equipment from Italy, and there is still market demand for this old type of equipment.


    It should be said that at present, eliminating backward production capacity has achieved certain results. But Li Yi also pointed out that the printing and dyeing industry eliminated backward production capacity. At present, the problem of hardware is symbolically solved from the equipment level, but the concept of large textile and large printing and dyeing must be realized in order to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction in the industry. For example, if the bath dyeing equipment is less than 1: 10 (that is to say, 1 kilograms of fabric should use 10 kilograms of water), during the use process, because of many uncertainties, the dyeing process does not necessarily follow the ratio of 1 to 10. If the ratio of 1 to 10 is not good, then the re dyeing will be 1 to 20 bath ratio. In this sense, if the bath ratio of 1 to 15 is used, the dyeing will be successful once, and the bath ratio can also be saved. Therefore, the equipment can only solve some of the tasks of energy saving and emission reduction. In order to achieve the purpose of energy saving, emission reduction and pollution control, we must combine fiber, dyestuff, auxiliaries, artificial operation and other factors. We should also use large textile concept to solve problems from raw cotton distribution, fabric sizing, printing and dyeing process.
