The average annual garbage output per capita in China's cities is 440 kilograms, and the total annual garbage volume is 1.5 billion tons. According to statistics, the waste textiles in China's urban refuse account for 3.5%~4% of the total waste materials. According to the prediction of China Resources Comprehensive Utilization Association, by the end of 12th Five-Year, the total volume of waste textiles in China will exceed 1 billion tons, of which 70 million tons of chemical fiber and 30 million tons of natural fiber. < /p >
