The expert opinion of Sun Jinliang and Jiang Shicheng, the academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering and the expert group of the vice chairman of the appraisal committee, said: "the dry jet wet spinning GQ45 high performance carbon fiber engineering key technology and equipment research and development" project has pioneered the breakthrough of the international advanced dry jet wet spinning carbon fiber manufacturing technology, and developed a homogeneous polymerization system suitable for dry spray wet spinning, a low disturbance air level fiber forming system and a high-speed high power steam drafting system. In terms of equipment, the project has independently developed and designed a fully mixed 60 cubic meter polymerizer, dry spray wet spinning fiber forming equipment, steam drafting equipment, a complete set of carbonization key equipment, and efficient solvent recovery and waste gas treatment system. Based on the above key technology and equipment foundation, we have prepared carbon fiber products whose indexes all meet the national standard GQ4522 standard, and have been applied to many composite materials manufacturing enterprises, reflecting the good results. The appraisal committee unanimously affirms that SYT45 products have reached the leading level in China and the advanced level of similar products in the world.
