The training lasted for two days.

The first day was the training of cadres and staff. Peng Yishu, the manager of the Ministry of management, presided over the training. Guo Yong, general manager, announced that the training was officially started. The trainees quickly integrated into the training method of Chen's teaching and training, and completed the tasks assigned by various teachers through teamwork.

The second day is the joint training of cadres and employees. Nearly thousands of people are aware of the valuable family and the hard work of leadership under the infection of Chen.
