It also has the characteristics of "super cotton", such as deodorization, deodorization, hygroscopic and quick drying, moisture absorption, heating, softness and warmth retention.
Project Description: the project mainly aims at the characteristics of cotton like polyester fiber, and rebuilds the compact Siro spinning equipment by itself, so as to improve the yarn quality. Reasonable selection of the ratio between modified polyester fiber and cellulose fiber makes the hygroscopic and dehumidifying performance of the plant reach the best state. Combining the moisture conductivity and heat insulation of the new super cotton polyester fiber with the hydrophilic and hygroscopic properties of the cellulose fiber, a series of super Imitation cotton hygroscopic and heat generating super Imitation cotton products have been successfully developed, and the comfort of the fabrics has been improved. At the same time, dyeing and finishing technology for super Imitation cotton products is developed. Cationic heat treatment and slow dyeing agents are used to achieve normal temperature and atmospheric pressure dyeing to ensure uniform dyeing.
The quality of the product developed by the project is up to the national standard. It can be widely used in sportswear, knitted underwear, home textiles and some special applications. Introduction of the project: raw material selection, equipment transformation, spinning parts optimization and process innovation are carried out on the principle of common ring spinning. Using softener protein fiber, viscose fiber and Pro modal as raw materials, the spinning twist auxiliary control device of spinning frame developed independently by the company is adopted to transform the roving built-in type. Meanwhile, through the modification of parts such as dragon bar, collar plate and leaf plate, the spinning breakage caused by tension and twist is solved, and the yarn with ultra-low twist coefficient is spun, and the spinnability of soft yarn is improved. The development of the project was based on the vortex spinning core spun yarn, and the traditional characteristics of the core spun yarn were strictly covered. After a series of development steps such as the establishment of the style, the optimization of raw materials, the target test and the process optimization, a new vortex spinning core spun yarn with a unique and natural color in the yarn was developed.
The project uses a high proportion of colored core yarn to make the filament exposed naturally and evenly in the yarn in vitro. After using the vortex lotus spinning line, special dyeing effect can be achieved without dyeing machine. Project Description: Based on the traditional production line of spandex elastic fabric, the technology project is based on the improvement and innovation to study the mechanism of the dry and wet changes, the tension state and the tension free state of the spandex filament during the pre shrinking finishing process, and the influence on the elastic properties of the spandex filament. The existing CLMA445G-180 pre shrinking finishing machine was designed and reconstructed, and the finishing process of elastic denim fabric was innovated. Through the grafting of pine drying technology and wet cloth technology in the pre shrinking machine, the PLC frequency conversion synchronous control is adopted, so that the conventional pre shrinking machine has a brand-new function, and the high elastic property of elastic fabric is given under the retaining of its conventional pre shrinking function, which effectively solves the problem of high shrinkage, small elasticity and poor dimensional stability existing in high elastic fabric.
This project integrates loose drying technology and wet cloth technology into cowboy fabric pre shrinking finishing equipment, and innovates the equipment and innovation of the process. Project Description: the project has created the cotton /sorona (two component) fabric ironing finishing technology, studied the influence of liquid ammonia finishing on the microstructure and macroscopical properties of cotton /sorona polymerized fiber, realized the engineering application of liquid ammonia finishing to cotton /sorona (two-component) fabric pretreatment, developed the cotton /sorona (two-component) fabric tide cross-linking technology, solved the key technical problems of cotton /sorona (two component) fabric width narrowing, low holding force, strong loss and poor iron free. The two bath dyeing technology of cotton /sorona fiber has been developed and developed, which overcomes the technical bottleneck of reactive dyestuff discoloring caused by the strong acid condition of non iron finishing, solves the problem of internal and external differences caused by inconsistency of internal and external elasticity of yarn and the coloring problem of blended yarn dyed. The new sizing technology of cotton /sorona has been developed and developed. The new modified sizing technology and new sizing formula and technology for the application of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) have been researched and developed.
