"Obama" Trademark Is Registered By Wenzhou Shoe Companies

According to Mr. Yang, Department of legal affairs of Wenzhou Chengda Fangyuan Intellectual Property Office, from the perspective of trademark similarity and non similarity, there should be no problem in the application of the above two trademarks.

However, considering the influence of Obama, the State Trademark Office may reject the application of the trademark on the grounds of "other adverse effects", and the result is likely to be relatively large.
