    No one can imagine that 5 years later, the first time the 5 outstanding women in the knowledge highlands joined hands to create a surprise of "made in China": We developed our first set of 40 thousand air compressor units to fill the gap in China and end the long history of China's large air compressor's dependence on imports.


    The name of "five golden flowers" is spread around the fan industry which is considered to be male. They were only 35 years old at that time.

    It was raining at 12 in the evening of August 17, 2004. Large nitrogenous fertilizer plant is being tested in the workshop of Dezhou Hua Lu Heng Sheng company.


    When 23 meters long, 4 meters high, weighing more than 1000 tons, and 40 thousand components of air compressors made up of more than 10 thousand components appeared in front of people's eyes, Wang Yingjie and Wang Guanglan, the leading designers, couldn't help breathing. Is this giant thing really our design?


    Warm up, speed up, pressure... With the speed increasing of the gas turbine, the whole unit works. A few hours later, the turbine reached its working revolutions, and the unit worked normally.


    At this moment, Wang Yingjie, Wang Guanglan, or 3 other "golden flowers" far away in Shenyang, can hardly conceal their ecstasy: 40 thousand, the localization of air compressor units has been successful.


    This means that a vast market has opened the door to Shen drum. 48 thousand air separation projects such as air separation and 52 thousand air separation compressor will come to Shengu.


    This means that the history of foreign companies monopolizing China's large air compressor market is over.


    Previously, the largest compressor in China was only 18 thousand air separation units. Over the past 30 years, China has invested more than ten billion yuan in chemical fertilizer projects. But the key equipment of these projects, large air compressor, is imported from abroad.


    By coincidence, this project brought 5 smart women together. The company leaders repeatedly studied, and the 5 leading designers stood out: the 39 year old Wang Yingjie was in charge of the design, audit and coordination of the control system. The 38 year old Wang Guanglan was in charge of the core difficulty -- the design of the air compressor, 39 years old Zhang Yuzhu, 30 year old Ge Liling, and 29 year old Yan Hong 3 female engineers, respectively, responsible for the design of the nitrogen compressor, ammonia compressor and ammonia refrigerator.

    As the leading design task of air compressors, Wang Guanglan not only came up with a design scheme with independent intellectual property rights, but also helped users save a lot of money. She has completed the plan put forward by the factory to combine the two machines into two, so as to realize the bold idea of "driving two".


    At the same time, she used the bold design of 6 rotors. As a result, the aerodynamic power and power consumption index of the product is less than the world advanced level. The temperature of the cooler cooled by special structure is three or four degrees lower than that of the world advanced level.


    "Almost every design step, you must innovate." Other sisters also face technical difficulties. Zhang Yuzhu, who is responsible for the nitrogen compressor design, has selected 4 sets of design schemes, and each set has more than 50 pages. Finally, the best design plan has increased the design level of the nitrogen compressor by a large block.


    According to statistics, 40 thousand air separation units have achieved hundreds of technical innovations and more than 20 core technologies have been breakthroughs.

Thanks to the efforts of generations of technicians, the original technology has been "thrown away" and replaced by more than 200 new technologies, reaching the international advanced level. Technological innovation is the key to solve the problem of core technology and major equipment being controlled by others.

    In fact, Shen Gu's "Dezhou campaign" had been launched long before the signing of the agreement.


    In 2002, Shandong Hua Lu Heng Sheng invested 1 billion 370 million yuan to carry out the technical transformation of large nitrogenous fertilizer plant. This is a major scientific and technological tackling project for coal replacing oil strategy in China, and the 40 thousand air separation compressor unit is the "heart" of this device. In July, Hua Lu Heng Sheng officially invited the public bidding.


    Wang Yingjie and Wang Guanglan were chosen as "pioneers" by South Korea and Dezhou.


    However, their competitors are strong, both multinational and joint ventures.


    What is more disadvantageous to them is that Shen Gu only has a "resume" of producing 18 thousand air points, and 40 thousand air points have always been the peak for domestic enterprises. In the fan industry, people are more used to "speaking with results".

    In just two months, Wang Yingjie and Wang Guanglan came to Dezhou eight times. They make every technical exchange conscientiously with women's exquisite and sincerity. They made up their minds that even if the negotiations were not successful, they had to help users understand more about technical details, so that users could not negotiate with foreign businessmen.


    Gradually, Hua Lu Heng Sheng was moved by the sincerity and momentum of Shen drum, and gradually tilted toward localization.


    In the two months, they made more than 30 technical quotations, and the material was printed 4 meters high.


    In the end, Shen Gu group got a 84 million yuan purchase contract which would affect its future development.

    As the elder sister of "five golden flowers", Wang Yingjie, director of the instrument control room of Shengu group design department, only had secondary school education when he entered Shen drum. In second years, she was admitted to Northeastern University. When she graduated, she not only got a bachelor's degree in engineering, but also ranked first in the whole department. Today, Wang Yingjie, who is studying MBA, has long been a professorship expert.


    Zhang Yuzhu has gone through a similar process. After graduating from the technical school, she was assigned to work as a worker in the workshop. Two years later, she was admitted to Shen Gu staff college, studying turbo compressor specialty, and was assigned to the design department for her excellent results. From the start of a project, she soon became the backbone of technology.


    The youngest two "Golden Flower" Ge Liling and Yan Hong graduated from university in 1996 and became the leading designer in 2000. In 2002, they took up the task of "making China".


    For the five sisters, the enterprise is a big school, and each item is a test. Shen drum chose them as the leading designers because of their excellent performance in a "test".


    After receiving the "test questions" of the Dezhou project, the five sisters had no rest days and no holidays. In only 3 months, they have completed the design task completed by international counterparts in five or six months. This project involves 3 design institutes and dozens of suppliers, but "Jinhua" has successfully completed the coordination work.

    Despite many difficulties encountered in the design, they were cut off by their efforts and the help of the old experts.

    Like Ge Liling, "five golden flowers" are somewhat ashamed of their families. In order to deliver excellent designs on time, they entrusted their children to their families or nanny. But they never forget their family roles.


    During the Dezhou project, it coincided with Wang Yingjie's 66 year old birthday. She asked for half a day's leave, worked in the kitchen for over two hours, and made 3 dishes to entertain more than 30 guests.


    Wang Guanglan's daughter loves her mother's dishes. When Wang Guanglan was free, he would not forget to stir fry some dishes.
