    Beginning in 2006, Wang Quanjie began to study the utilization of leather leftovers. His original intention was to reduce wastage of raw materials. Later, he discovered that leather waste can not be recycled rationally, which is also an important reason for the recent exposure of leather milk and leather capsules. After 6 years of experimental efforts, in 2012, in the laboratory of the Institute, Wang Quanjie successfully made degreasing agent from leather waste. "Because leather production must first degrease the fur, and with this technology, leather leftovers can" produce leather for leather ". Wang Quanjie initially estimated that the cost of producing one ton of degreasing agent is about 2000 yuan, while the price of similar products in the market is between 4000 yuan and 5000 yuan, and the profit is considerable. At present, the technology is only successful in the laboratory, and it needs to expand the capacity in larger equipment, so as to determine the key links such as reaction speed, pH control and impurity removal.

Since 2005, the survival situation of tanneries in China has changed. In fact, as early as the beginning of 2002, Wang Quanjie focused on the choice of cooperative enterprises. At that time, the United States DuPont Co, the world's top 500 top fortieth, was in the process of transnational technology grafting, and developed Leica's super elastic clothing leather, making China the world's third Lycra leather producing country.


    By the end of December 2006, Wang Quan Jie The team successfully completed the national "fifteen" scientific and technological tackling key project "high-performance automotive upholstery leather", realized the combination innovation of various technologies of automotive leather, developed independent leather products with independent intellectual property rights, broke the previous situation that almost one hundred percent of the imported leather goods of our country's motor vehicles depend on imports, and fought for the Chinese national industry. Later, in the promotion of automotive leather technology, we still chose the cooperation of key enterprises. At that time they chose the Zhejiang Carson leather company, the largest leather enterprise in Asia, with sales of 7 billion a year. Wang Quanjie's Institute worked with Carson's own researchers to develop an automotive leather with flame retardancy and low atomization properties. Later, two layers of leather and chrome free tanned leather were produced. The Carson leather group in Zhejiang has been trial production for one year, that is, about 9 million 600 thousand square feet of automobile upholstery leather, which has been sold to Ford Motor Company and Hainan Mazda Motor Corp. It has been praised by two users, and its economic efficiency has increased by 40% compared with the conventional products. At the same time, Wang Quanjie also pays attention to using various channels in promotion. On the day of the interview, Wang Quanjie was going to Xinji to attend the Leather Fair in Hebei. He did not forget to bring the newly developed degreasing agent, so as to let more people in the industry know about it and help him promote it.
