China Textile Industry Association Promotes Industrial Restructuring And Upgrading Around 3 Main Lines
Sun Ruizhe, chairman of the China Textile Industry Association (China Textile Entrepreneurs Association), the ninth member representative conference and the nine session of the board of directors, recently held in Beijing, said that in the next 5 years, the China Textile Industry Association will carry out the service and nurturing work around the 3 main lines of entrepreneurs, industrial transfer and pilot industrial clusters. The core of the association is to lead the large enterprises in the industry, lead the small and medium-sized enterprises in one hand, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's textile industry combined with the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure.
Founded in 1981, the China spinning and weaving association has played an important role in "linking bridge between enterprises and government, enterprises and enterprises, enterprises and society". In this Council, the heads of 30 enterprises constituted the vice chairman of the new Council, which covered the leading enterprises in every link of the textile industry chain.
Shandong Wei Qiao Group Co., Ltd., the largest cotton spinning enterprise in China, has a total assets of 91 billion 500 million yuan this year, with 160 thousand employees. It is the most competitive enterprise in China's cotton chemical fiber textile processing industry and the largest cotton textile enterprise in the world. Jiangsu Sunshine Group is the largest wool textile enterprise in China. Its investment and construction of Huangshi textile and garment industrial park project in January this year is expected to achieve output value of 5 billion yuan in 2016. China's largest viscose fiber enterprise, Li Da group, is actively developing Xinjiang's FDA as the specialized company of the world's first production of viscose fiber factory. At the same time, in the process of industrial transformation, upgrading, development and the full utilization of two markets and two resources, these leading enterprises are also willing to give up. For example, Shandong Ruyi group's cross-border merger and acquisition based on the industrial chain integration -- the acquisition of Renown in Japan is a milestone case in the history of Sino Japanese cooperation; Tianhong Group's overseas investment has spread throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America. These enterprises are leading the industry. Transformation and upgrading It is playing an exemplary and benchmarking role in the development.
In addition to leading enterprises, textile industry clusters and a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises are also worthy of commendable in promoting the development of the industry. It is understood that there are 197 textile industrial clusters in China, covering 18.4 enterprises and about 9000000 employees. In 2012, the main business income of these industrial clusters reached 3 trillion and 440 billion yuan, accounting for 44% of the main textile industry's revenue. In recent years, the China Textile Industry Association has used the China Textile Industry Federation to set up the Secretariat of the industrial cluster Working Committee of the association, and has launched a lot of guidance and cultivation work, such as the policy to win the favorable industry development to the relevant departments of the state, and the compilation of the report on the development of China's textile industrial cluster.
Sun Ruizhe said that the textile industry is dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises, and many small and medium-sized enterprises are clustered in clusters. How to strengthen the management and help the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important problem that the textile industry must solve first. Over the years, China Textile Industry Association has also made some useful explorations, such as building a public service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises to help them develop healthfully.
In recent years, industrial transfer has also become Textile industry One of the trends of development. In response to this development and change, the China Textile Industry Federation set up an industrial transfer office in July 2011 and is responsible for the daily work of the office. At present, the industry transfer office has established industrial transfer pilot links with 20 textile industrial parks in 10 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of China.
Sun Rui Zhe The analysis shows that since the outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008, China's textile industry has gradually shifted to steady growth from its sustained high speed growth. At present, it has comparative advantages in two aspects: first, the comparative advantage of labor productivity, which is both scale and efficiency; that is, the industrial quality with the scale based market share and the industrial integration as the premise of structural optimization and innovation drive; and the two is the comparative advantage of sustainable development, that is, achieving environmental friendliness, resource conservation and recycling in the production process, brand consumption stickiness, fashion orientation in the consumption process, attractiveness of talents at the social level and talent innovation ability at the industrial level.
Sun Ruizhe stressed that in the future, the China Textile Industry Association will rely on the backbone enterprises of the industry and take the construction of massive clusters and scientific undertaking of industrial transfer as the starting point to drive the upgrading of the regional economy and the overall level of the textile industry. Among them, "the focus of the SME Service in the pilot industrial cluster is to integrate public service resources and popularize the public service platform for SMEs. The focus of industrial transfer is to promote the scientific planning, orderly transfer and concentration of key industries in the park." Sun Ruizhe added.
