Reporters learned yesterday that the first domestic textile trade patent market, which was built jointly by Shanghai and Soviet Union, is about to be listed. This indicates that the Yangtze River Delta region will further strengthen its cooperation in the field of intellectual property rights.

Li Yaoting, director of Shanghai intellectual property service center, said that the Yangtze River Delta is providing intellectual property services to enterprises, which is equivalent to "joint heating": "in the face of tight economic environment, enterprises have strong enthusiasm to speed up technological upgrading and promote product optimization.

This provides a good market opportunity for the Yangtze River Delta to build a regional property rights market service system.

On the 10 day of the annual meeting of the Intellectual Property Department of the Yangtze River Delta region, the proposal of "joint heating" was widely responded.

There are more than 2000 textile enterprises in Shengze, with an annual output of 6 billion meters of textiles, accounting for 10% of the domestic share, and is described as "China's first market".

Under the adjustment of the economic environment, enterprises must tide over difficulties and use new technologies to reduce costs, while increasing sales with more value-added new products.

A local account has been calculated. "One drop and one increase" can theoretically move room for 6 billion yuan.

However, traditional textile enterprises are short of patent technology information, and they also need professional intellectual property services to facilitate technology pfer pactions. These two points have high quality resources in Shanghai.

The first example of successful collaboration is that a Shanghai company provides environmental protection technology to two textile enterprises in Shengze, thereby reducing its operating costs.

Not only is Shengze, but also the textile industry, the knowledge and demand for intellectual property in the Yangtze River Delta region are constantly upgrading, and with the help of Shanghai's intellectual property service capabilities and intellectual resources, the Yangtze River delta industry is expected to form a perfect mosaic.

Shao Jianmin, deputy director of the Changshou City Intellectual Property Office, said that Changshu's Nonwoven machinery industry is in the lead in China, but there is still a certain gap between technology and foreign countries. The whole industry is eager to understand the trend of technology at home and abroad. It needs patent analysis and early warning tools for infringement, requiring experts and service personnel.

Lu Jieping, deputy director of the Zhenjiang Intellectual Property Office, said that only more than 10 local patent agents existed, with insufficient service capacity and low quality, and must rely on external forces.

Yang Yongbin, Secretary General of the Ningbo Intellectual Property Protection Association, also hopes to train more talents and provide more services through the help of expert resources in the region.

There is still more room for cooperation in the pattern of intellectual property cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta.

It is understood that at present, multinational companies are increasingly bringing intellectual property litigation to domestic enterprises. They take the strategy of "breaking through all kinds of problems", and first take small businesses to "operate" and win the lawsuit, thus forming the pressure on the whole industry.

For this reason, the Yangtze River Delta region hopes to form a posture and mechanism of "advance and retreat" and work together to cope with and share the cost of litigation.

At the same time, in the entire Yangtze River Delta region's scientific research institutions and colleges and universities, a considerable portion of the patent technology that has not been pformed into implementation has been precipitated. Only by jointly constructing a large market can we effectively revitalize this part of the technology stock and benefit the enterprises everywhere.

Li Yaoting said that at present, the Yangtze River Delta region is planning to set up a series of platform organizations to participate in the construction, including inter regional joint conferences on intellectual property rights, intellectual property exchanges, intellectual property services entities, and online talent training platforms.

On the basis of establishing the first textile patent trading center, the Yangtze River Delta looks forward to stronger "joint heating" capability.
