    Successful Trial Production Of Wuxi Changli Organic Waste Gas Purification Device

    Jiangsu Wuxi Changli Light Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. has successfully developed an organic waste gas purification and solvent recovery device in cooperation with the Environmental College of Nanjing University.

    This device combines the in vivo regeneration technology developed by Changli Light Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. and the honeycomb carrier catalytic purification technology developed by Nanjing University.

    It can recycle organic solvents in waste gas by temperature swing adsorption and in vivo regeneration technology, and catalyze and purify the remaining organic solvents and gases in waste gas by catalytic purification to convert it into carbon dioxide and water to meet the requirements of environmental protection. At the same time, the heat released from catalytic cracking process is utilized, and the utilization of resources is maximized from two aspects of organic solvent recovery and heat energy utilization.

    This new environmental protection product, which can effectively purify the air and recover the solvent, has achieved good results in some printing and dyeing enterprises.

    Wujiang Xinqiang coating factory and Xing Long calendering coating factory have used this environmental protection device successively. Not only the content of organic solvent in gas is greatly reduced, but also the "slight discharge" can be realized, and 1 tons to 2 tons of toluene can be recovered every day.
