"High Strength Polyester Filament Fabric And Its Equipment Development" Has Been Identified.

China textile industry The Federation held an appraisal meeting on scientific and technological achievements of "high strength polyester filament fabric products and equipment development" held in Anguo, Hebei. The project is jointly sponsored by Dalian Huayang Chemical Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. and Anguo Zhongjian nonwoven fabric Co., Ltd.

The director and deputy director of the appraisal committee were respectively sponsored by Yao Mu, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering and Professor Jin Xiangyu of Donghua University. The appraisal expert group listened to the report of the project undertaking unit, reviewed the appraisal data, and inspected the production line on the spot. After questioning and discussion, the expert agreed that the project was identified by the appraisal and considered that its project equipment and technology were the first in China and reached the international advanced level, which is of great significance for promoting the upgrading, structural adjustment and sustained and healthy development of China's waterproofing industry.

Dalian Huayang Chemical Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. is a chemical fiber engineering company integrating research, technology development, chemical fiber engineering contracting and equipment manufacturing. It has undertaken and completed the major scientific and technological research and research projects of the China Textile Industry Federation and has experienced research and development team.

Advance of Anguo Non-woven fabrics Ltd. is one of the earliest manufacturers to develop and produce staple polyester tire in China. It has many years experience in the production and product development of polyester staple fabric, especially in post finishing technology.

In this project, the two enterprises formed strong complementary advantages through strong combination, and made important breakthroughs in technology such as spinning, side blowing cooling, air draft, wire laying, wire laying, needle punching consolidation, finishing and system integration. The technology of polyester filament fabric was successfully developed and mastered, and a complete set of production line equipment was developed. The high-strength polyester filament fabric base product fully meets the downstream performance requirements, and its performance is superior to the domestic and foreign polyester tire base cloth index, reaching the advanced level of international similar products. At present, the project has authorized three national utility models, and has applied for two national invention patents.

　　 China Industrial Textiles Association Zheng Junlin, vice president, said that the project, as the first polyester filament tire base cloth production line made by China's independent research and development, designed and manufactured, has the advantages of low investment in equipment and low production cost, filling the gap in China. It is hoped that enterprises will fulfill the recommendations of the group of experts to further speed up the development of the product market.
