Staff Members Of Shoe Enterprises Sign Collective Labor Contracts
On the afternoon of December 20th, Guangzhou Panyu Xingtai shoe industry Co., Ltd. held the first workers' Congress in Dagang Town. The leaders of the trade union and Town Industrial Company of Dagang Town and the representatives of nearly 200 workers elected by more than 3000 employees participated in the Congress.
The conference elected the presidium of the workers' Congress of Xingtai company, and deliberated the adoption of a special group of candidates to consider and adopt the collective labor contract of Guangzhou Panyu Xingtai Shoes Co., Ltd. and the Panyu Guangzhou Xingtai Footwear Co., Ltd. employee handbook.
After the meeting, representatives of workers and trade unions, representing more than 3000 employees, signed a one year collective labor contract with the company.
According to our understanding, Dagang Xingtai company has been established for 20 years. After 20 years of continuous development, the value of hundreds of workers and millions of products has grown to more than 3000 employees and the output value of several hundred million. The peak reached 9000 employees and 6 billion production value.
As an export-oriented enterprise, this year's global financial tsunami, as well as the impact of RMB appreciation, raw material price increase and labor cost increase, Xingtai company is facing unprecedented difficulties. In order to save itself, Xingtai company convened the first Congress of workers and staff members, deliberated on improving rules and regulations, refining enterprise management, seeking survival and development from management, fully respecting the rights and interests of workers, giving full play to the wisdom and enthusiasm of employees, brainstorming together with one mind, making the company able to create miracles in the predicament.
