    Zhou Yan said that the clothing industry in Liaoning province has long relied heavily on intensive production mode, relying on exports, low value-added products and small brand influence, which directly affect the development of the industry.

    Generally speaking, compared with the enterprises in the developed areas of South China, the difference is large.

    YOUNGOR, red beans, Bosideng and other enterprises are all in the scale of 100-200 billion; there are fewer brand enterprises and fewer well-known brands.

    In Wenzhou, Zhejiang, a city has 8 Chinese famous brands, and Ningbo has 6 Chinese famous brands.

    In the light of the recent industrial slump in the domestic market, with the independent brand "stimulating domestic demand", there has been no great impact on those enterprises that attach importance to brand building or have established their own brands in the domestic market. Some enterprises even get more opportunities for development, providing a good example for similar industries.

    In particular, those enterprises with clear brand positioning, good quality and independent marketing channels will be more likely to gain development opportunities and enhance competitiveness in the future development of their own brands, which will stand out in the harsh environment of SMEs and make huge profits return.

    The lessons learned from the financial crisis's impact on the real economy tell us that it is not feasible for enterprises to rely solely on intensive and low added value and expand their scale. They must expand their development space by independent innovation and brand management.

    For this reason, Zhou Yan suggested that the typical small and medium-sized enterprises with independent innovation and brand management should be the key support. After three to five years, these enterprises can become top brands and enterprises in China, and other small and medium-sized enterprises that will lead and affect the second ladder will become well-known brands nationwide. At the same time, they will influence and drive more enterprises to face the broader market in China and boost domestic demand with their own brands.

    Let the people of Liaoning wear their own brand clothes. Because of the lack of brand value, Liaoning clothing can only be at the low end of the industrial chain.

    In order to get more value-added, brand building has become a top priority.

    Zhou Yan suggested that the government should introduce relevant policies to support the development of independent original clothing brands.

    She suggested that special enterprises should be granted subsidies to key enterprises in the first 3-5 consecutive years according to the enterprise development plan, and be rewarded according to the speed of the economic growth of enterprises so that they can become international first-class brand enterprises.

    For the key enterprises that are first class brands in the province, they should give full discount support to their liquidity loans or fixed assets investment loans, so that they can have more sufficient and complete capital base to expand reproduction and give full play to the strength of brand enterprises.

    Zhou Yan believes that Liaoning province has a rich source of raw materials, and the basic materials such as cotton, linen and silk are all from Liaoning. Many raw materials are shipped to all parts of the country, and then sold to Liaoning for sale after making brand clothing. If our clothing enterprises can build their own brand, enjoy the ready made raw materials and produce high value-added brand clothes, they should be able to earn more profits.

    Zhou Zhou Yan hopes that after the unremitting efforts of Liaoning garment enterprises and fashion designers, the people of Liaoning will soon put on their brand clothes.
