New York Fashion Week Will Move To New Site In 2010

According to the New York magazine website, New York Mayor Bloomberg joined hands with the American Fashion Designers Association and IMG fashion for two years to find a new home for New York fashion week.

The fashion week September 2010 will move to Lincoln Center.

In February 4th, the news will be officially announced.

In 1993, fashion week began in Bryant park. It took 10 days to set up tents and 5 days to pull down the tent.

Bloomberg said that for a long time, the development of the tent has exceeded the capacity of the park.

In September 2010, the press conference will be held at the Damrosch Park in Lincoln Center.

So the press conference will still be held in the tent, but the name is cooler, and next door is the opera house.
