    <p>  該項(xiàng)目歷時(shí)兩年,目前成功研制出具有獨(dú)立知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的碳纖維立體管狀<a href="http://www.91se91.com/news/index_c.asp">織造裝備</a>,設(shè)計(jì)了直徑從30~120mm范圍中幾個(gè)規(guī)格的管狀織物的織造工藝,主要有四大創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):一是提出三維多層管狀紡織預(yù)成型件的成型方法——三維圓織法,并實(shí)現(xiàn)層與層之間的可靠連接;二是在機(jī)、電、磁結(jié)合控制下實(shí)現(xiàn)每根經(jīng)紗運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律和張力的準(zhǔn)確控制,從而適應(yīng)圓織機(jī)上經(jīng)紗運(yùn)動(dòng)復(fù)雜的規(guī)律,實(shí)現(xiàn)了多種織物組織結(jié)構(gòu)的立體織造;三是采用無(wú)碾壓式引緯方式,使引緯器“懸空”運(yùn)行,避免引緯器與經(jīng)紗的接觸,減少對(duì)經(jīng)紗的損傷;四是針對(duì)小管徑復(fù)合管材的整體拉伸測(cè)試方法,研制出實(shí)用性較好的拉伸測(cè)試夾具組件,克服了碳纖維復(fù)合管材管壁薄、表面滑、難夾持的難點(diǎn),可測(cè)試出碳纖維管狀復(fù)合材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度。
