5, do more work and speak less.
If you are a new employee, you need to do so in order to get the trust of other colleagues. But please don't mix up "modest, correct attitude" and "good people without their own opinions".
If you blindly please others, you will lose the respect of others. At work, others will see you as an empty bottle without real knowledge.
