< p > the minister pointed out that 75% of the products and services needed by the government must be purchased from local enterprises, while the Ministry of trade and industry of South Africa plays an important role in ensuring this behavior, and textile and clothing products are also included in the South African government's procurement instructions for the real estate. < /p >
