In this regard, the inspection and quarantine department reminds China to export enterprises to the European Union: first, whether the products exported are chemical substances or products or their products; their substances are general chemical substances or intermediates or polymers; if they are intermediates, it is necessary to distinguish between which kind of situation the regulations refer to; to understand the release of substances in the articles; whether polymers are made from unregistered monomers; whether polymers contain other substances, if so, what is the content.

Whether the substance belongs to the scope of REACH regulation or whether it is an exempt object; whether the substance belongs to a phased or non phased substance; whether the substance is pre registered or registered, if not, whether it should consider pre registration; if it is necessary to register, it is necessary to clarify the registration time limit stipulated in the material law and prepare for registration in good time.
