Yesterday, the first meeting of the Hengsheng village bank's founding conference and shareholders' meeting was held. The registered capital of Hengsheng was 198 million yuan, and its business place was located in Yongjia, north of the town.

The largest shareholder is Ouhai agricultural cooperative bank, holding more than 35% of the total share capital.

21 private enterprises, including the news bird group, Hongxin elevator sales company, Red Dragonfly Group, and so on, hold more than 59% shares.

Our city has created a precedent for private enterprises to become a city commercial bank.

This time, the 21 private enterprises have invested in village banks, and have been evaluated as "innovation of industrial capital to feed agriculture".

A person in charge of the Wenzhou banking regulatory branch, who attended the founding conference, said that unlike other banking institutions, the banking business in rural areas is relatively restricted to one area, such as a county or a township. There will be no phenomenon of "borrowing in rural areas and lending in cities", so that we can do our best to provide services for the economic development of local rural areas.

And attracting 21 private enterprises to join the stock market means that these enterprises' funds are served in the rural market.

In July last year, our city formally put forward a pilot application to the provincial Banking Regulatory Bureau for village banks, and obtained two places in the second batch of three pilot towns in the province.

Yongjia and Cangnan became the first two counties to start the village bank pilot in our city.

Ouhai Nong ho hang and Construction Bank were respectively identified as the main sponsors of village banks in Yongjia and Cangnan.

The village bank is the "newborn" in our banking system, which is a new financial institution providing comprehensive financial services for farmers, agriculture and rural areas.

In May last year, the pilot work of the first batch of village banks in Zhejiang was launched.

According to the provisions of the CBRC, the largest shareholder or sole shareholder of a village bank must be a banking financial institution, and the shareholding ratio of the main sponsor's banking financial institutions shall not be less than 20% of the total capital stock. The shareholding ratio of a single natural person shareholder and related party and Dan Yifei banking enterprise legal person shall not exceed 10% of the total share capital.

Among the 21 private enterprises in our city, the largest shareholding group is the news bird group, reaching 10%.

Li Zhicun, chairman of the Hengsheng village bank, who was elected yesterday, said that the next step is to submit the application for business to the higher authorities, which is scheduled to open before mid and late this month.
