He said that at present, the development of leather industry in the south is restricted by environmental pollution problems and shortage of human resources. The export tax rebates for leather products are cancelled and the cost of enterprises is increasing. Many leather industries are actively looking for new production bases. The development of leather industry park in Zhaoyuan county is in line with market demand and has potential for development.
It is suggested that local enterprises should pay attention to the management experience and the introduction of business philosophy when they introduce enterprises, so as to form a leather industrial area with reasonable industrial planning, preferential policies and abundant labor force.
