From the results of spot checks, in recent years, the number of spot checks and product quality passing rates of tourist shoes has been steadily improving.
Zhejiang and Fujian are the concentrated areas for the production of tourist shoes, but their quality needs to be improved. In 2008, 2010 and 2013, the qualified rates of Zhejiang tourist shoes products were 87.5%, 80% and 92.9% respectively, and the qualified rates of Fujian tourist shoes were 88.9%, 92.9% and 92.1% respectively.
Folding resistance: in 2008, 2010 and 2013, the percentage of unqualified folding resistance was 71.4%, 60% and 66.7% respectively, accounting for a large proportion.
The main reasons leading to the failure of the project are: first, grinding, brushing and pressing are not in place, resulting in glue opening; two, the formulation of shoe sole material is unreasonable, the glue content is low, and the lack of proper elasticity.

GB/T15107-2005 "travel shoes" standard has specific requirements for appearance quality such as leather, fabric surface, upper side seam, outer middle sole, outsole and so on. This failure indicates that the enterprise fails to organize production according to the standards or is not strict with the standards.
Wear resistance: wear resistance in 2010 accounted for 20%, resulting in the project is not eligible for the main reason is that some enterprises will be too light and soft shoes, and ignore the wear resistance, such as the use of EVA foam materials such as shoes heel easy to wear parts, resulting in wear resistance of shoes is not qualified.
According to the results of the past year tour shoe product supervision, we know that the qualified rate of our tourist shoes is about 95% in recent years, but there are still some problems: first, the flexural performance needs to be improved, although the overall level of the tourist shoes needs to be improved, the quality of the folding resistance is raised slowly; the two is that the production enterprises and unqualified enterprises are concentrated in Fujian and Zhejiang province; the three is that the unqualified enterprises are concentrated in the small and medium enterprises, the small and medium enterprises are not stable, the enterprise owners have no long-term development plan, and only rely on the price advantage of the products to impact the market, and the quality of the products is difficult to guarantee, and the quality of the products is difficult to guarantee and seriously disrupts the market order.
The first reason is that some enterprises fail to organize production according to standards. Two, they do not pay attention to quality inspection. Some enterprises have the detection equipment and testing ability, but do not play a role. Three, some enterprises are not strict with raw materials, resulting in unqualified product quality.
In addition, there is a lack of technology R & D centers and technology intermediary service agencies supporting the development of footwear industry in China. The basic research on footwear design is still very weak, and the application of integrated technologies such as kinematics, biology and new materials in footwear design is almost blank.
In addition, because the footwear products have no mandatory standard constraints, and most of the enterprises' quality consciousness is relatively weak, there is almost no concept of controlling and upgrading the quality of products, which results in the low autonomy of enterprises, thus restricting the further development of the whole industry.
China's tourism shoes products originally implemented the GB/T15107-2005 "travel shoes" standard, which has been widely applied throughout the country. However, the standard only specified the appearance and physical performance testing items, and lacked people's growing concern about safety, hygiene, health and environmental protection.
With the development of the shoemaking industry and the improvement of people's living standard, the standard is no longer suitable for the development of the industry. In 2011, the national footwear Standardization Technical Committee revised the standard of "GB/T15107-2005 shoes".
The revised standard GB/T15107-2013, "travel shoes", was released in October 10, 2013 and implemented in June 1, 2014. The standard added the requirement of limited substances. It will further promote and guide the development of China's tourism footwear industry in order to adapt to the changes in technological development, market economy and consumption concept.

The most common problem in the wearing process is the breaking of the sole, the cracking of the surface, the split surface or the bottom, and the opening of the bottom wall.
3. wear resistance, the wear resistance of the outsole is an important index to evaluate the wear resistance of shoe sole material, which directly affects the wearing life of shoes.
Wear resistance is measured by a standard grinding wheel at a certain time and load, and the length of grinding marks is measured.
4. peel strength peel strength is an important indicator of the bonding fastness of the upper and outsole. It is a testing item for evaluating the bonding process of the adhesive and the factory, and it directly reflects the bonding fastness between the bottom and the bottom.
