Four, the high precision cradle adopts a two point direct compression method to ensure the consistency of the ingot pressure and avoid the interference between the left and right two spindle positions caused by the single point pressure. Five, the automatic joint and the drop manipulator are developed to meet the requirements of the high-speed spinning of the jet vortex spinning. Six, the intelligent control system of the whole machine has the functions of real-time collection and statistical analysis, which can monitor the running state of the whole machine in real time and has the function of remote monitoring.

The products are tested by the national textile machinery quality supervision and inspection center, and the inspection items conform to the requirements of the Q/SHY-001-2014 standard.

With the users, the equipment runs stably and reliably, and the yarn quality index of the production meets the requirements of the users of the road. It has a good prospect of popularization and application.

The appraisal committee recommended that mass production should be put into operation as soon as possible to meet the market demand.
