Dangdang Join Hands With China Fashion Association To Build Excellent Designers' Platform For E-Commerce Support
In September 15, 2014, Dangdang signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the China Fashion Designers Association in Beijing. In the coming year, it will invest 100 million yuan to establish an excellent designer's electricity supplier support platform to promote the innovation and development of China's independent designer brand.
China Fashion Designers Association is a national social organization of fashion and fashion designers. As the base of Chinese fashion designers, it is a powerful promoter of Chinese original design and local fashion brands. Li Dangqi, chairman of the China Fashion Designers Association and professor of Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, said that the choice of Dangdang cooperation is to emphasize Dangdang's brand protection and strong cultural genes, which has won good reputation over the years. It is the responsibility of the association to encourage innovation and support outstanding local designers. We hope to cooperate with Dangdang, encourage independent designers to touch the net, electric shock, and promote the docking of China's original design power with the booming e-commerce market.
It is reported that the two sides will conduct in-depth cooperation in the following seven aspects: platform building, business operation, brand promotion, fashion innovation, big data mining, talent training, brand protection and so on.
At present, China's independent designer brand has become a force that can not be ignored and become the main force in the development of Chinese clothing. In early August this year, Dangdang put forward a strategic slogan to transform the "fashion business". Deng Yifei, vice president of Dangdang network, said that consumers' cognition and demand for fashion are diversified. Dangdang network will take both the popular fashion and the personality fashion line. "The building platform with the association will be the cornerstone of the personality line, not only for the independent designers to insert the wings of the network, but also to customize the unique and self individualized fashion and realize the industrial innovation of the Internet era."
According to the agreement, the two sides will invest 100 million yuan in the next year to establish an excellent business support platform for outstanding designers. Dangdang will provide direct train service to designers, set up designer channel or special area, provide operation, marketing, after-sale and other aspects of support, and solve designers' problems in brand, customer and sales.
It is understood that the two sides will also work closely on the China Fashion Week held in October this year to promote the sale of new products and the first fashion report. China Fashion Week, founded by the China Fashion Designers Association, has a history of 17 years. It is an international platform for famous brands and fashion designers at home and abroad to release fashionable new products and display design styles.
