    "This motor adopts the most advanced permanent magnet brushless motor technology, and the company can produce 1 million sets every year in 3-5 years. The company's goal is to let all Taizhou sewing machines have a new heart," said Che Jianbo.

    Sewing machine upgrade calls for "new power"

    "Now, textile and garment enterprises have been plagued by problems such as higher production costs and difficult recruitment. They are looking for sewing equipment with 'low energy efficiency and high efficiency'." Che Jianbo said that the most important part of a sewing machine is the motor.

    According to the statistics of the China Sewing Association, at present, there are more than 10 million clutch motors in use in China. Because of its feature that the machine is powered off continuously, if the machine is on standby for 3 hours every day and each machine consumes 200 watts per hour, more than 10 million sets of sewing machines will be used every year, wasting more than 2.2 billion kilowatt hours of electricity.

    The market demand has made Zhongbang pay more attention to the new generation electric machinery Your heart. In 2008, by chance, Zhongbang Company learned that an enterprise in Xikou, Fenghua, Ningbo had developed an energy-saving motor using permanent magnet brushless motor technology, but it was only used in battery cars.

    At the sight of this product, Che Jianbo and others, who have been engaged in the production of sewing machine motors for many years, immediately thought of the feasibility of its combination with sewing machines. "This product meets the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection, which is exactly what the market wants and has a bright future," said Che Jianbo.

    On June 28, 2008, the two companies officially finalized their cooperation intention, and Taizhou Zhongbang became the owner of the enterprise.

    In July 2009, after nearly a year of technical improvement and research and development, the first batch of sewing servo energy-saving motors used for sewing machines began to be put on the market in small quantities.

    "As soon as the product was launched, the market reaction was very good. At the end of September 2009, at the China International Sewing Equipment Exhibition, a major Indian customer immediately bought two prototypes to try. At present, we are providing motors for well-known sewing enterprises such as Jack, Zoje, Shanghai Fushan, etc." said Che Jianbo.

    It is reported that the biggest feature of this motor is obvious energy saving:

    "The standby power of the traditional clutch motor is up to 140 watts, and the power failure of the machine is non-stop, so the starting current is large; while the power failure of the machine stops, there is no standby power loss, and the starting current of the motor is small, which saves 71% of the energy compared with the common clutch motor." Che Jianbo said.

    According to the test of the National Sewing Machine Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the power of the same 400W is compared for 12 hours in the way of starting for 5 seconds and standing by for 10 seconds on the basis of the ordinary flat sewing machine. The power consumption of the ordinary motor is 3.37 kilowatt hours, while the power consumption of the machine is 0.96 kilowatt hours.

    "If you work 12 hours a day, this machine saves 2.41 kilowatt hours of electricity every day than the clutch motor. If you use 1.2 yuan per kilowatt hour of industrial electricity, you can save 2.89 yuan per day, 75.2 yuan per month, and 902.4 yuan per year." Che Jianbo calculated an account for the reporter. Although its price is two or three hundred yuan more than that of ordinary electric machines, the electricity saved in one year is enough to recover the cost.

    It is understood that on June 18 this year, this product has been listed in the "sixth batch of energy-saving and technology oriented catalogue of Zhejiang Province".

    Motors that cannot be "counterfeited"

    "Previously, only the United States, Germany and Japan could produce this kind of motor. Products monopolized by foreign enterprises sold for thousands of yuan." Che Jianbo said that if he could produce it himself, only five or six hundred yuan would be enough, saving more than half of the cost.

    It is reported that Zhongbang's fully independently developed seam servo energy-saving motor has 16 invention or utility model patents, and its national invention patent of permanent magnet AC brushless motor technology is owned by only two enterprises in China.

    "The motor part of our product is specially developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics and military enterprises, while the digital regulator is developed and designed by ourselves in cooperation with famous universities such as Zhejiang University and Ningbo University," said Che Jianbo.

    Thanks to the digital regulator, the functions of "positioning, direction conversion, speed regulation" can be realized through precise control of parameter setting, and the work efficiency is quite high. According to the inspection and comparison of the authority, the speed of the traditional clutch motor is 3500-4000 rpm, while the speed of the energy-saving motor is up to 6000-6500 rpm.

    "Our motors are the least afraid of counterfeiting." Che Jianbo said that, in addition to patent protection, the chips in the digital regulators cannot be upgraded even if someone can decode them.
