There are three kinds of customers around us. One is shopping in our stores, the other two are suppliers who have cooperation with us. Three are our employees. This is our biggest customer.
However, due to the rapid development of the industry, we basically ignore these three aspects.
Besides, we need to see what happens around us.
The eldest of the Internet said that when they first started doing business, the best thing was that others could not see it, saw it despised, and could not understand it. This is the psychological course that the traditional retail industry has gone through in the past few years.
We have doubts and doubts about this, but we have done it, but we have already done it.
In fact, the core is customers. We need to figure out which ones are your real customers, and then provide them with products and services that satisfy personalized services.
I think all of you here are Internet companies. There may also be some colleagues in the traditional industry who want to make a pition in the future.
Four or five years ago, we flew an airship on the biggest flagship store square in Hangzhou. It was advertised by a software company. At that time, I could see the mood behind it.
Four years ago, the retail department industry basically was fireproof, burglar, and anti Internet. It did not allow everyone to take the two-dimensional code, nor let you sweep, nor do you burn it. I just wanted to see how it floated, and wanted to take a gun to fight. But this trend is not changed. What we do? We made a decision that day, and installed the Wifi system with the highest commercial level in all the stores. This is the decision we made after discussion.
Later, I said a word about stripping suits and tie ties. In fact, in traditional industries, many enterprises attach great importance to their assets scale. That is to say, how much we can generate profits for the future. This is what we think of assets. This is very heavy. After heavy, we do not want to put it. This is why many people are unwilling to take off their suits.
The second is to solve necktie, tie is centralization, why the Internet can develop rapidly, the core of which is the interactive network system, like our traditional industry is using tree structure, hindering our development.
In addition, we thought the department store was very good, later we had a shopping center, we made shopping centers, and online shopping, so we developed Yintai and did a good job.
This is actually a multi-channel, and the last one that it touches most is the customers. In recent years, we have changed from multiple channels to a wide channel.

We made WiFi, made Yintai net, and so on. These things brought some changes to enterprises. Until last year's second half, after we started working with WeChat and Alipay, we began to turn into a vertical O2O structure. We must not regard it as a planning activity for new customers. In fact, it is more important in the six aspects of the industry. One is to do business marketing, the other is merchandise planning, three is daily operation, four is payment, refund system, five is logistics, and six is port.
