In August 25th, Dongxin exported a batch of Christmas trees to the Humen customs international express center through the Customs General Customs clearance platform under the cross-border electricity supplier mode. The total number of Christmas trees was 63 dollars, and the export tax rebate declaration was submitted to the Dongguan State Administration of Taxation on September 2.

Dongguan National Tax Bureau and Houjie National Tax Bureau opened up a "special channel" for them to review and handle the withdrawal of the Treasury, and the tax refund amount reached 15.3 yuan in September 3rd.

Different from the characteristics of large container exports, cross-border e-commerce export commodities are multi variety, small batch and multi frequency.

Previously, the fast growing cross-border electricity providers have long been in the "gray area". Most of them have completed trade with postal packages, commercial express and so on. It is difficult for them to handle customs clearance procedures and so on.

Zhan Qinghai, chairman of Dongxin import and Export Co., Ltd. told reporters that the traditional way of tax rebate usually takes 3 months, and that every export product has to pay taxes. One thousand products need one thousand tax bills, which is very troublesome. This tax rebate is to put all products on a tax bill, to achieve intensive sunlight, and greatly reduce the tax rebate time, which can be described as a historic change.

"The amount of the tax rebate is small, but it is of great significance."

The director of the State Tax Bureau of Houjie Town said that after fully assessing the risks, the State Taxation Bureau broke the Convention and opened up a "special channel". The whole process of auditing, examination and approval and withdrawal from the library was completed the next day when the Dongxin company submitted the export tax rebate declaration, which set a historical precedent for the declaration and the next day's tax refund.

This marks the opening of China's cross border e-commerce retail outlet, and is officially cleared at the Customs General clearance platform.
