Cooperation In Over 9 Projects In Yunnan

At the current meeting, Yunnan will focus on more than 1000 projects in agriculture, biology and other 9 fields. In order to attract scientific and technological talents, Yunnan will also provide a maximum of 10 million yuan for science and technology projects to establish academicians (experts) workstations in Yunnan Province, and the maximum amount of subsidy for the transformation of major scientific and technological achievements to Yunnan will reach up to 10 million yuan.

In order to achieve better results for the second China Yunnan bridgehead construction technology docking project, in from September 15th to 19th, the provincial science and technology department director Longjiang rate early working group went to Beijing and Tianjin to carry out publicity and promotion activities.

From the perspective of Yunnan's key cooperation areas, there are 9 main aspects:

Five, the field of chemical industry mainly includes efficient utilization of resources such as phosphorus, coal and silicon and intensive product processing, new battery research and development, petrochemical industry, etc.

Six, the new materials field mainly includes new materials such as commonly used nonferrous metals as base materials, titanium materials, new materials of rare and precious metals, polymer materials and new ceramic materials.

Seven, the manufacturing industry mainly includes R & D, manufacturing and industrialization of CNC machine tools, machining centers, robots, 3D printing, mold, special vehicles, CNC equipment, etc.

Eight, the field of energy conservation and environmental protection mainly includes resources comprehensive utilization and energy conservation, pollution control, ecological protection and restoration, environmental protection and other technologies.

Nine, the new energy field mainly includes solar energy, wind energy and biomass energy conversion technology.

The field of cooperation involves 432 demands for scientific and technological achievements, 187 demand for scientific research platforms, 50 demand for scientific and technological enterprises, 277 demand for talents and groups, and 1060 items.

Yunnan will provide a maximum of 10 million yuan for science and technology projects to establish academicians (experts) workstations in Yunnan Province, providing subsidies of 300 thousand to 600 thousand yuan per year.

For the high level scientific and technological talents (teams) or their corporate entities, the projects that have been established or jointly founded by Yunnan enterprises are subsidized by scientific and technological funds with the corresponding amount after approval and the maximum amount of subsidy is 5 million yuan.

2 million to 5 million of project funds and living allowance will be provided to the high-end technology talents.

For the introduction of talents, governments at all levels shall provide services such as work and entrepreneurship, household migration, children's education, entry and exit, medical insurance, social security, business and finance.

For the newly established R & D institutions in Yunnan Province, the maximum subsidy can be up to 5 million yuan according to the actual investment.

Priority projects and key support should be given to major projects of scientific and technological achievements to be implemented in Yunnan, with a maximum subsidy of up to 10 million yuan.

Encourage venture capital, various private equity funds and industrial investment funds to invest in high-tech enterprises or high-tech enterprises in Yunnan, with a maximum annual subsidy of 5 million yuan.

For small and medium sized scientific and technological enterprises that are assigned to the standard workshop of the industrial park, the rental of standard factory buildings will be implemented for 3 years.

　 Technology docking in Yunnan Province

In October 2011, the Ministry of science and technology signed a working protocol with the Yunnan provincial government to support the bridgehead construction.
