    "Low temperature continuous rapid cold bleaching and bleaching technology for cotton fabric" has developed a fast, low temperature scouring and Bleaching Auxiliaries with high efficiency, dispersing, emulsifying, permeating and stabilizing.     Chai Huazhen, chairman of Cai Jia dyeing and Printing Co., Ltd. introduced that the cotton fabric's low temperature continuous scouring and bleaching process decreased from 12~24 hours to 75~90 minutes compared with the conventional cold reactor process. Compared with the conventional two step gas evaporation process, the temperature of the traditional bleaching process decreased from 100 to 40 degrees, and the consumption of steam, water and chemical products decreased by more than 50%, and the power consumption was reduced by more than 40%. Breaking through the disadvantages of the traditional cold reactor technology and the high energy consumption of the continuous steaming process, the pH value of the scouring and bleaching effluent dropped from 12 to 7~8, and the total amount of COD decreased by more than 60%.

    The project is listed as the national Torch Plan industrialization demonstration project in 2013, the first prize of the textile science and technology award of "textile light" in 2014.
