In the production of women's clothing, not only the main processes, such as cutting, sewing, and ironing, need strict control and reasonable arrangement, but also some processing details, such as manual work, needle inspection procedures, stain removal and so on, need to be taken seriously, carefully operated and striving for perfection. Only by adopting scientific and reasonable technological means and enhancing the quality consciousness of all staff can we display the design works perfectly. Through the research and practice of Japanese garment enterprises, the author summarizes the main experience and characteristics of the production management of Japanese advanced ladies' clothing. 5S management mode
In Japan, the 5S management mode is widely adopted by garment enterprises producing high level women's clothing. Its contents mainly include 5 steps: sorting, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning and customary.
Sorting out and rectifying
Consolidation and rectification are the foundation of production management. Equipment, accessories and auxiliary tools needed for women's clothing production should be placed, transported and used according to the requirements of product processing. Following the principle of "eye management", we can find out the breakdown of workshops at a glance, manage the number of finished products and semi finished products and the remaining orders, and emphasize highly efficient and orderly.
Cleaning and cleaning

Thirdly, the front and back processes supervise and help each other, which not only improves the output, but also ensures the quality of the product.

Preparation before production
I. inspection, testing and sorting of excipients
Fabric (including some excipients) before being cut, they are all heat shrinkable and stereotyped. The heat shrinkable process ensures that the size of the garments is stable, and the finalization of the fabric can be adjusted to the warp and weft yarn of the fabric. Therefore, different types of fabrics with different thickness and thickness can be processed on the same sewing equipment, which is simple and convenient, thereby reducing the wear and tear caused by the debugging machine. In addition, the fabrics made of heat shrinkable and stereotyped fabrics can be directly cut, without loosening cloth for a long time, so as to reduce the wrinkling of cloth pile pressure, thereby saving the cutting time (usually 24 /8 hours).

Process balancing is the key content and the most difficult part of process analysis. The average processing time of each process of the assembly line is calculated scientifically and reasonably, for example, the standard jacket is 3 minutes. At the same time, 3 hangers (i.e. 3 semi finished products) should be kept equal in each process.
According to the technical condition of the workers, the process arrangement is adjusted. The technical expertise and comprehensive quality of the workers are mainly considered here. If some workers are suitable for the preceding process, they can not be arranged in the post process; while some workers are not comprehensive in technology, they should avoid arranging in the difficult technological process. Cutting technology
The tailoring project is the first step in the formal production of garments. The quality of cutting sometimes affects not only one or two costumes, but also the number of garment pieces, which is directly related to the economic benefits of enterprises.
First, accurate and quick clipping.
In Japan, the automatic cutting system is commonly used in the production of advanced women's clothing. It is made up of computer control center and special tailoring bed. The cutting piece has high accuracy and can reduce the labor intensity of workers. To avoid manual cutting of the first and last layers of the size of the error, cutting knife eye and line can be consistent with the template on the layout. Bonding technology
The adhesion between the fabric and the interlining can make the garment piece form the shape that is consistent with the human body, so that the collar, cuffs, waist head and other parts have the appropriate stiffness and elasticity, increase the strength of buttons, knobs, and so on, and improve the seams of garments. The bonding process is mostly carried out on the bonding machine, and the temperature, pressure and time should be paid attention to.
This is a necessary and important process in the processing of advanced women's clothing in Japan. Before the adhesion, the production template must be painted on white paper, and then the slice should be normalized according to the drawing pattern. It avoids the phenomenon that the traditional bonding process often produces the skew of the chip or the shape of the sample.
Sewing technology
First, drawing process template.
This process is to directly draw the process template (with Mark pen or pencil) on the white cloth on the ironing stand, then check and adjust all the cutting pieces and the ironing plate pattern that have been bonded by the adhesive machine. If the cutting piece is too small or too large, the amount of the seam can be adjusted to meet the requirements of the size of the garment, but it must be within the prescribed limits (not less than 0.7cm of the general seam).

When the garment piece coincides with the pattern plate, the special parts are used for the next part of the process and combined with all kinds of linings and belts, according to the process.
