The first phase of the project is about 680 thousand square meters, and about 220 garment manufacturers, 50 suppliers of accessories, 20 garment accessories, and 10 garment distribution centers.

The first phase of the standard workshop project will be completed by the end of this year.

Part of our local garment enterprises and textile bed products enterprises will move into their new homes. It is expected that the first phase of the project will officially open next year.

Li Yong, executive director of Chongqing textile and Garment City, also said that after the overall relocation of Chongqing garment industry, the whole industry will be upgraded.

The development area of Ma Liu along the Yangtze River lies between the second ring road and the third ring road. Li Yong introduced that the Chongqing China Light Textile and garment city planning has a huge three-dimensional pportation network of "1 ports, 2 bridges, 3 railways and 6 roads" to ensure smooth logistics.

In addition, there are thousands of logistics enterprises in China's light textile and Garment City, along the highway tunnel along the Yangtze River and the Chaotianmen international trade city.

Yesterday, we learned from the China Textile and garment city that at present, the sale of the first phase of the project has been completed by 95%, and the contracted enterprises have already broken 200, and signed a strategic partnership agreement with Taobao University, 100 Minhui and Xingye Bank, industrial and commercial bank, agricultural business bank, Sanxia bank, Minsheng Bank and Agricultural Bank, and some of the properties will be delivered at the end of the year.

In the first half of 2015, the first phase of the project will be fully delivered.

The whole phase is now in the rudiment, crisscross western style factory buildings, gourmet street, entertainment plaza, electricity supplier building, financial center, conference center, hotel and so on.

It is understood that, according to the plan, after the completion of the whole project, the output value will reach 100 billion yuan, and 300 thousand people will be employed. By 2020, there will be 1 billion 3~5 enterprises and more than 20 billion enterprises.
