The National Law Association has a deep consideration for the training courses and the allocation of teachers.

It is reported that in 2012, the National Law Association formulated the plan for training high-quality talents for lawyers in foreign countries. It plans to train 300 or so professionals in related fields and international rules in 4 years. It has a global vision, rich experience in practice, and cross language, cross-cultural application ability, and a compound, high-quality lawyer leader with knowledge of law, economy and foreign languages.
