    Cai Zhaoyuan said that the company has had a painful lesson in the quality of its products. Once, because of the quality of the products, nearly 2000 pairs of shoes were returned to the company, thus affecting the development of the company.

    The company has learned from each other's pain that every workshop should pay attention to product quality.

    The molding workshop of the company controls and controls the quality of each process.

    For example, in the field of glue, the entire production line was set up only at the beginning and the terminal, and now it is set up in the last stage of the middle stage.

    Through these practices, the workshop has achieved remarkable results in safety production. No production accidents have occurred in the past five years. In 2013, it won the advanced team of "Ankang Cup" in Fujian province.

    Improving employee skills

    "The operation skills of employees are the basis for ensuring product quality. If the operation skills of employees are not improved, the quality of products will not be mentioned."

    Cai Zhaoyuan said that every quarter of the workshop will carry out the technical assessment of the team members in the main process, so that the team members should know what skills to enhance in the operation process and prevent product quality problems.

    We should pay more attention to the improvement of the operation skills of the team members, and record and compare the shoemaking time of each group member. For the slow production team members, the workshop managers will communicate with them in depth, understand what difficulties and problems they encounter in the production process, and hand in hand to guide them to improve their problems.

    If the team members make great progress in their operational skills, the workshop will commend them.

    Every year, the operation skills competition is held, giving rewards to excellent team members, giving priority to job promotion.

    Chen Suhui, a team member who made double-sided adhesive, has just begun to operate poorly. After the workshop's skill assessment and training, his skill level has been continuously improved, and won the first place in the double-sided glue operation skills competition held by the company last year.

    Strict skills assessment and training in the workshop have constantly improved my skill level and kept my wages rising.

    In 2005, I produced 2000 pieces a day, with a daily wage of only 60 yuan.

    Now, with the reduction of working hours, I can produce 3200 pieces a day, with a daily wage of 150 yuan.

    Through these practices, the workshop team members' learning skills and enthusiasm for striving for first class, more than 90% of the team's operation skill level has been significantly improved.

    While doing a good job in product quality, safety production and skills upgrading, the workshop also encourages team members to actively participate in technical pformation and improve production efficiency.

    On the premise of guaranteeing the quality of products, if the team members find more advanced operation methods in the process of operation, the workshop will give certain rewards to the workshop.
