Of course, Mr. Fang said that there is no threshold for registered capital, which is excellent for light assets and creative industries.

Such industries are creative and do not need a large amount of funds to guarantee, "the most suitable students in the creative industry."

Kunming city industry and Commerce Bureau also said that investors were generally rational and did not appear to be worried about the "one dollar company" that may be blowout before the reform. This phenomenon is also consistent with the operation of the whole market.
