    Talking about the feelings of "2013 China Textile academic leaders", Huang Qing, a researcher at the China Textile Research Institute, is very calm. For a textile researcher who concentrates on scientific research, winning or not is not the only criterion for the industry to affirm it.

    From 1984, he entered the work of China Academy of textile science. Huang began to focus on the research and development of industrial fibers.

    Especially since 2002, the project development of PPS and microfiber has made great contributions both in terms of theory and in the process of industrialization.

    For example, he systematically studied the rheological behavior and crystallization kinetics of domestic fiber grade polyphenylene sulfide resin in the research and development of polyphenylene sulfide staple fiber industrial production technology. Combined with the research of melt index / weight average molecular weight K factor, a comprehensive evaluation system of domestic fiber grade polyphenylene sulfide resin was established.

    It is of great significance to the synthesis and development of domestic fiber grade polyphenylene sulfide resin, and to realize the industrialization and stable production of fiber grade resin.

    Huang Qing said.

    In Huang's view, science, technology and engineering are three different fields and have their own laws.

    From the perspective of industry, University and research, if these three can constitute a complete body with 100 factors, science can occupy 3~5 factors, and it is a key point to discover the law.

    Scientific research technology is a 20~30 factor that promotes the industrialization of law and has an important impact on it.

    And engineering practice should account for 70%~85%, which is the backbone of continuously promoting the achievement of scientific research.

    To achieve a complete industrial chain of science, technology and engineering, how to link up the three aspects of science, technology and engineering is of vital importance. At the moment, there are relatively few projects that are truly effective and long-term.

    "Scientific research institutes should focus on scientific basic research, and engineering practice is the main task of the factory."

    Huang said that the combination of production, teaching and research is not to train all-round talents, but also to specialize in the industry. The better way to combine these three needs to explore running in.

"I hope to attach importance to the development of the fiber industry from the national level, and pay more attention to administrative support and technical support, which is conducive to the training of top talents in the industry and the development of basic industries."
