Bian Xiangyang: I first came to Wenzhou in 1990s. I lived in the Kokusai Hotel on Renmin Road. The people's road was the center of Wenzhou. Bian Xiangyang: many people mentioned the fashion capital first thought of Paris and Milan. They are the integrated fashion capital, but fashion capital can also be the center of fashion industry, fashion consumption and even fashion circulation.
