Evaluation Method For Reporting The Scope Of Official Document Evaluation
In order to further improve the quality of official documents and improve the quality and efficiency of official document handling, the relevant measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant regulations of the State Administration and document processing.
I. scope and method of evaluation
Scope of evaluation: Official Documents (including paper documents and electronic documents) sent by each unit each year.
Evaluation method: in each assessment year (from December to November of this year, 2012 for 9-11 months), the units submit the total number of documents to units, and calculate the error rate of documents submitted by each unit.
The formula is:
Error rate = the number of errors submitted by the unit to the official document / submitted to the total number of documents 100%.
Two, evaluation criteria and feedback methods
The official documents of the bureaus and bureaus of the main bureaus, bureaus and bureaus of each unit shall be collected by the office of the Party committee and the office of the Party Committee for examination of the receipt, and the following points shall be issued (second, sixth of which are submitted by the undertaking department), and the points shall be deducted.

Before the 15 day of the first month of each quarter, the office and the Party committee's office shall fill out the feedback list of official documents (two copies) according to the deducting points of the previous quarter, and send the feedback sheets to the message unit.
Three, annual bulletin and incentives

According to the feedback table of the questions, the Party committee office will compile the evaluation of the official documents submitted by the units, and inform the leaders of the bureaus after they have been approved.

In December of each year, 1-2 excellent documents of the unit were recommended by each unit. After the initial evaluation of the office and the Party committee office, 10 experts were selected and the relevant experts and relevant departments were invited to conduct the review. Finally, the excellent official documents one or two, three and so on were selected.
(three) the office of the Bureau and the Party committee office will notify the commendation of the unit which submitted the official document without error and won the prize of one or two and three of the excellent official document, and recommended that the unit give certain material rewards to the secretarial department and the relevant personnel.
