On the 1 th of this month, Hu Henghua, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee and mayor of Changsha, chaired the twenty-third executive meeting of the municipal government. The meeting deliberated and passed the "administrative measures for travel expenses of municipalities directly under the central government" (the draft for examination) and the application of Changsha audit results (Trial Implementation), and heard 2014 China.
