This agreement is concluded through consultation between both parties.

First, vehicle rental: Party A voluntarily leases the premises owned by them to Party B for use.

Party A shall deliver the vehicle to Party B within the date of the conclusion of this agreement, and at the same time deliver the driving license, the purchase tax payment certificate, the paid insurance certificate, the vehicle service tool and the spare tire.

If the payment is not timely or unpaid, the related liability is borne by Party B.

Party B shall be liable for damages if Party A has caused losses to Party A.

5, the insurance premium that Party B should pay includes: third party liability insurance, vehicle damage insurance, theft and emergency insurance, traffic compulsory insurance and so on. The specific amount of insurance shall be calculated according to the approved amount of the insurance company.

6, during the term of the lease, any traffic accidents involving vehicles or other risks arising from the liability of non Party A shall be borne by Party B, and shall be handled by Party B. If Party A is required to issue procedures, Party A shall assist.

If the vehicle is damaged, if the insurance is not enough to repair the vehicle to the applicable state, Party B shall bear the responsibility.

7, during the rental period, Party B shall not pfer, sublet, mortgage, pledge or otherwise guarantee the taxis.

If Party A has the right to terminate the agreement, Party B shall also pay Party A a penalty for 5% of the rent.

8, Party B should properly protect vehicles and maintain them regularly, and the related expenses shall be borne by Party B.

When the lease is expired or the agreement is terminate in accordance with this agreement, the return of the vehicle to Party A shall make the vehicle conform to the state after use, and the glass and vehicle tools shall be complete and effective.

9, during the rental period, the damage caused by the normal use of the vehicle shall be repaired by Party B.

10. If Party A sells the vehicle during the lease term, Party A shall apply to the purchaser for the purchase of Fang Jixu in accordance with this agreement.

Party B does not advocate the right of preemption, but Party A shall inform Party B about the sale.

11, Party A shall guarantee that the taxi does not have any mortgage or seal up, which will affect the normal use of Party B. If there is any defect in the above situation or Party A's rights to the vehicle, and when Party B is in use, Party A shall pay the liquidated damages of 5% of the rental amount to Party B, and Party B has the right to terminate the agreement.

Five. The lease expires:

1. When the lease term expires, this Agreement shall be terminated. If Party B is no longer leasing, it shall return the vehicle to Party A at the expiration of the lease term according to the conditions stipulated in this agreement.

If Party B continues to lease, the two parties shall negotiate a new agreement.

2. When the lease term expires, the two parties fail to reach an agreement on the continuation of the lease. If Party B fails to return the vehicle to Party A, 120% of the rental standard shall be agreed in accordance with this agreement.

If Party A loses, if it needs arbitration, Party B shall also bear the lawyer's agency fee according to the prescribed standard.

Six, the agreement is lifted.

1. The agreement can be terminated by both parties.
