Jilin Quality Supervision Bureau Announced The Three Quarter Product Spot Checks Results

In the 3 quarter of this year, the Jilin Provincial Bureau of quality and technical supervision sampled 319 batches of products produced by 276 enterprises, and 311 batches of products were inspected. The average pass rate of product quality supervision and spot checks was 97.5%.

Among them, construction steel, pmission line towers, cement, cement packaging bags, beer bottles, plate heat exchangers, bedding, clothing, waterproofing membrane, benzene board adhesive, automotive gasoline and diesel 11 products pass rate of 100%.

The qualified rate of sampling for large, medium and small enterprises is 100%, 100% and 95.7% respectively.

The quality of student clothes is a big problem.

During this quarter, 25 batches of primary and secondary school uniform products produced by 25 enterprises in 8 cities and provinces in the province were supervised and spot checked.

In accordance with the requirements of the implementation plan of the provincial supervision and spot check for the quality of school uniforms in the third quarter of 2014,

A total of 20 items, including formaldehyde content, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye and so on, were tested. The quality of 4 batches of products was unqualified, and the qualified rate of product quality sampling was 84%.

Unqualified items relate to items such as dimensional change rate, appearance quality and product identification.

It mainly shows that the size changes of garment after washing are beyond the standard requirements, and there are quality defects such as uneven clothing, non alignment, jumper and tilt in sewing.

The marking is not standard, the execution standard is not clear, and the component marking is incorrect.

The reasons for this are: first, enterprises are not strict with raw materials entering factories; two, the process management and quality management system of enterprises are not implemented; three, enterprises do not seriously study and understand product standards, and do not attach importance to product identification and labeling.

The quality of low-voltage switchgear products needs to be strengthened.

In this survey, 28 batches of low-voltage switchgear, distribution boxes and other low-voltage switchgear products, which were produced by 28 enterprises, were selected and accounted for 23% of the total number of enterprises.

26 batches passed the inspection, and the product quality was sampled.

The provincial product quality supervision and spot check is the mechanism inkstone product. A total of 18 batches of products produced by 18 enterprises were surveyed. 16 batches of products were tested and the qualified rate of product quality sampling was 88.9%.

The 2 batch of products unqualified is the ink volume and thickness deviation.
