It is a key factor for Hunan's foreign trade to enhance its hematopoietic function and expand its export advantage industries.

In the face of the reality of weak foreign trade, Hunan's second magic weapon is to increase the added value of export products.

While increasing investment in science and technology, Hunan has further implemented the strategy of market diversification and actively explored the market.

Since the beginning of this year, more than 20 "go out" promotion activities such as Latin American mining and infrastructure international cooperation talks, Suriname project promotion conference and other 18 countries and regions have been established, and initial cooperation with 37 countries and regions has been reached.

Hard work has brought about great achievements. In the first 10 months of this year, Hunan's exports to emerging markets such as ASEAN, Africa and the Middle East increased by 71.1%, 106.3% and 33.7% respectively, which is enough to inspire all the Hunan people.

The development of Hunan's foreign trade is still inseparable from the improvement of customs clearance capability.

Prior to the development of customs clearance capacity in Hunan, the development of supporting modern logistics and financing system has lagged behind, and has become a bottleneck for the import and export trade and large-scale processing trade pfer.
