The Changshu inspection and Quarantine Bureau and relevant local authorities have strengthened the policy guidance and support for the demonstration area, and built up the quality and safety management mechanism of the export down garments, which is "the responsibility of the local government, the responsibility of the enterprises, the supervision of the inspection and quarantine departments, the relevant departments and the self-discipline of the trade associations", and has cultivated a number of excellent down garment production enterprises with "high quality management level, good product quality and good safety and strong independent innovation ability". The demonstration area has basically formed the characteristics of "outstanding industrial advantages, clear functional positioning, obvious agglomeration effect and strong radiation", and has become a model for promoting the upgrading of the quality of export products and a model for pformation and upgrading of traditional industries.

In recent years, the Changshu inspection and Quarantine Bureau has launched a series of activities in conjunction with Changshou City Business Bureau, Garment Association and other departments in order to help the enterprises in the demonstration area to improve the quality control capability of export products.

The Changshu inspection and Quarantine Bureau has also introduced eight measures, namely, adjusting the inspection and supervision methods, strengthening the construction of public service platform, guiding foreign trade technical measures, strengthening quality management and so on, and improving the quality and safety level of products in the demonstration area.

The demonstration area has adopted a number of measures to actively promote the quality and integrity system of enterprises.

We should carry out quality and integrity enterprise selection activities, urge enterprises to establish and improve quality integrity education, carry out quality commitment, implement credit management, and guide enterprises to implement the first responsibility of product quality.

By strengthening self-discipline, the enterprises in the demonstration area have formed a good mechanism of self-management, self-restraint and conscientious and honest management.

Bosideng took the lead in making the quality promise to the whole society in the National Quality Month activities, and won the honorary title of quality management such as the "National Quality Award", "Jiangsu Province export enterprise quality award" and "Jiangsu Provincial Quality Award", the first Suzhou mayor quality award.

In addition, the demonstration area enterprises have been investing more efforts in hardware and software management in recent years, so as to further enhance the ability of self-examination and self-control.

In the procurement process, enterprises have established a strict control system for raw materials and auxiliary materials, implemented a "quality one vote veto system" for raw and auxiliary materials procurement, established strict quality online control system in production links, established a comprehensive quality assurance service system in after-sale links, carried out after-sale service consultation, and paid maintenance and replacement.

Bosideng set up the first testing center in the industry and was approved by CNAS.

Over the years, enterprises in the demonstration area have never claimed claims, returns and recall reports from abroad due to quality reasons, and have won the praise from domestic and foreign merchants with excellent quality.

In recent years, the demonstration area has been accelerating the cultivation of its own brand of down garments and promoting the core competitiveness of enterprises.

At present, enterprises in the region have 1 export enterprises, 1 world famous brands in China, 5 famous brand products in China, 8 famous trademarks in China, 20 famous brand products in Jiangsu, and 8 famous trademarks in Jiangsu.

Bosideng has been appraised by the AQSIQ as the first "China world famous brand product" in the clothing industry. It has been awarded the "China Textile and clothing leading brand" by the China Textile Industry Association, and has won the only "China Industry Award" in the domestic consumer goods field.

The company has actively developed the international market with its own brand. It has registered "Bosideng" trademark in 68 countries and regions of the world, and its products have entered the developed countries of the United States, Russia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Italy and other developed countries.

On the day before the opening of the London Olympics in 2012, Boston was established in the flagship store and the European headquarters of the United Kingdom, and worked with the world's leading e-commerce company, Germany's Otto group, to form the "European design, Chinese production and European marketing" mode.

In order to expand the brand effect of the quality and safety demonstration area for export down garments, the various departments in Changshou City have been promoting the effectiveness of the demonstration area in a timely manner through the use of special information, network carriers and news media, and achieved good social effects.

Last spring, at the peak of the down export season, and faced with the situation of high incidence of bird flu and the rising quality of the down price, the Changshu Bureau promptly launched a series of measures such as investigation, door-to-door, warning and education. It also wrote a special information report, contacted the news media, took the initiative to report and publicize it to the outside world. It was highly concerned by the AQSIQ, the Jiangsu provincial government, the Jiangsu inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the Suzhou municipal government, the Changshu municipal Party committee and the municipal government, and the mainstream media such as CCTV and Jiangsu TV had made a deep report on it.

The enterprises headed by Bosideng in the demonstration area actively promoted Changshu to take the lead in launching the "science and technology mayor League" and the Ministry of education's "blue fire program" in Jiangsu Province, and established cooperative relations with more than 30 famous universities in and outside Jiangsu.

A total of 2 state-level industrial bases have been set up, including 1 national demonstration productivity promotion centers, 3 state-level enterprise technology centers, 6 provincial academician workstations and 23 postgraduate workstations, and 7 industrial technology innovation alliances have been established.

In recent years, the enterprises in the demonstration area have vigorously introduced advanced equipment abroad to accelerate the upgrading and upgrading of production efficiency.

Bosideng set up a strategic cooperative relationship with the Institute of physical and chemical research and Chemical Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences from the raw materials and fabrics of down garments.

The establishment of the Secretariat of the international standardization organization's clothing size series and Code Committee (ISO/TC133) was held in Changshu in 2011. In the establishment of the demonstration area, the Changshu Bureau actively promotes the construction of the public service system, makes full use of the National Key Laboratory of the inspection and quarantine system, and sets up three testing service platforms for the Textile Laboratory of Changshu Bureau, Jiangsu inspection and Quarantine Science and Technology Research Institute, Bosideng Testing Center for the demonstration area enterprises, and the information technology service platform for the technical barriers to trade of textile and clothing, so as to effectively enhance the overall competitiveness of the demonstration area.

This year, through the Council's active efforts, foreign aid materials and non products exported from the enterprises in the demonstration area will be expected to reduce the frequency of inspection, and the imported equipment will take the form of joint inspection, thus greatly reducing the cost of import and export.

In order to further gather and upgrade industries, Changshou City has also vigorously promoted the construction of export down garment bases.

In 2002, the city was awarded the first batch of "China's textile industry base city" and "China's leisure clothing city" by the China Textile Industry Association. In 2010, it was jointly recognized by the provincial commerce department and the provincial finance department as the "clothing export base of Jiangsu province"; in 2012, it was recognized by the Ministry of Commerce as "the professional demonstration base for the pformation and upgrading of the national foreign trade".

At present, we are planning to build the "national famous brand building demonstration zone for down garment industry", and declare the national garment trade and market purchasing commodity demonstration area.

At present, the demonstration area has more than 160 industrial chain production enterprises, including feather down, zipper, fabric and down garment production enterprises. It has completed the processing system from the main filling materials, accessories, fabrics, printing and dyeing, garment products, professional market and marketing network, and has strong processing and manufacturing capabilities.

As the industrial chain, the scale of design and creativity, the introduction and training of talents, the marketing network and the distribution of goods and services have reached the domestic and international first-class standards.

The production and sale of down garments is far ahead in the same industry. Under the global economic downturn, the annual output of down garments is about 50000000, accounting for more than 50% of the total output of the country, and sales rank the top in the country.

At the same time, export volume remained stable, and the annual export of down garments was 4 million 700 thousand or 170 million dollars, ranking the highest in the country.
