In order to optimize the exhibition environment and promote the development of exhibition industry in Shenzhen, the economic and Trade Commission of Shenzhen and the Finance Committee of the city of Shenzhen recently issued the "management measures for special financial assistance of the MICE industry", according to the latest exhibition industry in Shenzhen.
Funding method
The annual Shenzhen brand exhibition will be awarded a maximum of 500 thousand yuan per year.

The special financial support for exhibition industry covers the duration of the exhibition, the growth period of the exhibition, even the third party certification, and the convening of international conferences.
It is understood that, with regard to the funding of the exhibition breeding period, the exhibition with an exhibition area of 4500 square meters and above is held in our city, which is subsidized by 25% of the rental cost of the actual venues. The amount of subsidy is not more than 2 million yuan, and the subsidy is not more than 5.

Its exhibition area has increased by more than 20% or more than the previous session, or the exhibition area reaches 20 thousand square meters or more than that of the previous expansion of 4500 square meters. The maximum amount of subsidy is 50% less than 1 million of the actual increase in the rental fee of the stadium and gymnasium. For third party certification funding, the third party organizations accredited by the Municipal Economic and trade information department will grant the actual cost of 50%, and the amount of each certification is not more than 50 thousand yuan. For international conferences, the most important international conference held in our city will be subsidized according to the actual rental fee of the field and the professional media advertising expenses at home and abroad.
The government's finance conference has not been funded.
In addition, the exhibition organized by the International Exhibition Industry Association (UFI) and other international exhibition agencies in our city and the International Exhibition Agency accredited by the International Exhibition Industry Association (UFI) are awarded a reward of 150 thousand yuan.
