Development Of A Mechanical Trial Sale Contract

The seller: the company is the first party.

The buyer: the first party, the second party, the second party.

We have agreed to conclude the agreement for the sale of machinery.

The first item is purchased by Party A, which is marked with mechanical agreement. If the agreement is first agreed upon, it will be concluded immediately after the date of the establishment of the contract.

During the second probation period, it will be limited to the day after the receipt of the machinery.

If the third trial is not satisfactory, Party B shall return the machine back to do business.

The cost of returning the freight is borne by Party B.

Article fourth during the probation period, Party B shall have the right to use the machinery freely, and Party B shall be liable for any damages.

However, the damage is not due to defective manufacturing or due to damage in pportation.

When the fifth probation period expires, Party B does not immediately say that the machine is returned to Party A and shall be deemed to be qualified for trial sale.

Sixth article

It is agreed that the payment shall be made by Party B at the time of the establishment of the contract.

When the sale is founded

Part of the charge should be paid back by Party A.

After seventh probation, Party B considers that it is unqualified, or if the trial is not completed, it is necessary to continue the trial. It may request the Party A to replace or extend the period, but when Party A disagrees with it, it may refuse it.

After the eighth trial, if Party B thinks

The date of termination of the probationary period shall be calculated at the beginning of the day.

The ninth way to settle disputes in contracts: the disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled through consultation between the two parties; it can also be mediated by the local administrative departments for Industry and commerce; if consultation or mediation fails, the following methods shall be adopted:

(1) submit the arbitration to the Arbitration Commission.

(2) bring a lawsuit to the people's court according to law.
