Since the construction of the park in April 2009, it has invested about 1 billion 230 million yuan in infrastructure investment. The overall planning of the park and the detailed planning of some key areas of the city are compiled by Singapore CPG. The park insists on the concept of marketization and socialized operation, and prends social capital in many ways. Key areas such as water, electricity, gas, roads and heating are built in a comprehensive way of "seven links and one level".
